  1. General provisions.
    • Dantų gydytojas, UAB (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), respecting the rights to privacy of its clients, including the visitors and patients of the website https://www.dentalguide.lt/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”), undertakes to ensure the protection of their personal data and their, as the data subjects’, rights.
    • This Privacy policy governs the key principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of all Company’s customers’ personal data.
    • By using the Company’s Website or services or by purchasing the goods offered by the Company, by providing the Company with your personal data, you agree to this Privacy policy (except for data processing actions that will require your individual consent). Customers are considered to be familiar with the Privacy policy, when signing up on the Website, they mark “checkmark” on the client system below the text of this policy.     • Processing your personal data we comply with the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”), the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “the PPDL”), the Republic of Lithuania Law on Electronic Communications (hereinafter referred to as the “ECL”) and other applicable legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.
  2. The terms used in the Privacy policy.
    • ‘Personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
    • ‘Data subject’ – natural person – a client of the Company (including the visitors of the Website), the personal data of whom is collected by the Company.
    • ‘Consent’ of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her;
    • ‘Processing’ means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
    • ‘Processor’ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the Controller;
    • ‘Controller’ means Dantų gydytojas, UAB, a legal entity incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, code 303268138, office address Gerulaičio g. 1 – 26, Vilnius;
    • ‘Cookie’ is a small piece of text information that is automatically created when browsing the Website and is stored on your computer or other device;
    • ‘Direct marketing’ is an activity aimed at offering goods or services by post, telephone or other direct means to individuals and / or inquiring their opinion on the goods or services offered.
  3. What personal data do we collect?
    • The Company collects and continues to process the following personal data you submit yourself by registering and browsing the Website or contacting the clinic in any other way: first name, last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, data relating to the provision of services, payment details, consent and refusal for the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, passwords, any other data you submit on your own initiative, when registering, ordering services. Your personal data is stored by the Company during the period of our cooperation and 10 (ten) years after the end of cooperation.
    • Collected personal data which you indirectly provide by registering, ordering services and / or purchasing goods on the Website, the Company continues to process, i.e. this data is automatically collected from the computers and (or) mobile devices you use when you log into the Website: the IP addresses and times of the login, the browser used by the user and its version, the websites that you visited before accessing our Website, usage data and etc. This data is stored by the Company during the period of our cooperation and depending on the data, up to one year after the end of this period. These data may be stored for a longer period if there are other legal grounds for such storage period.
  4. What are your personal data processing purposes?
    • The Company manages the above indicated personal data for the following purposes of data processing: for identifying the Company’s customers in its information systems, browsing and seeking information about the procedures performed in the clinic, registering visits, communicating with you, performing contractual obligations, for direct marketing purposes (with the prior consent of the data subjects only).
  5. How is your personal data processed?
    • The Company ensures that your personal data will be: processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, collected for specified, clearly defined and legitimate purposes, and will not continue to be dealt with in a way incompatible with those purposes, adequate, appropriate and necessary only for the purposes listed above, for which they are processed, accurate and, if necessary, kept up to date, processed in such a way that appropriate technical and organizational measures ensure the proper protection of personal data, including protection from unauthorized processing of data or unlawful processing of data and accidental loss, destruction or damage.
  6. Your, as the data subjects’, rights.
    • You have the rights of the data subjects indicated below which we will implement upon receiving your request (by e-mail info@dantugydytojas.lt; by sending a registered mail to address Gerulaičio St. 1 – 26, Vilnius) with proper confirmation of your identity:
      • to get familiar with your personal data and how it is processed,
      • to demand correcting inaccurate personal data relating to you,
      • to demand supplementing your incomplete personal data,
      • to demand the Company deleting personal data relating to you if:
      • they are no longer needed to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
      • you withdraw the consent, and there is no other legal basis for processing your personal data;
      • personal data was processed illegally;
      • And on the other grounds set out in the Regulation;
      • to demand the Company restricting the processing of your personal data;
      • to receive personal data related to you that you submitted to the Company in a systematized, commonly used and machine-readable format (you also have the right to ask the Company to transfer your personal data to another data controller);
      • to disagree that personal data relating to you will be processed (for example, through direct marketing or otherwise).

  7. Processing personal data for direct marketing purposes.
    • We will send you the newsletters of the Company by e-mail and / or inquire you about the quality of existing services, only with your prior consent and in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
    • This personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes: name, surname, email address.
    • Your personal data for direct marketing purposes is protected until you have opted-out to receive direct marketing communications.

  1. To whom your personal data is provided?
    • The Company’s employees have access to your personal data only if it is necessary to fulfil their duties and only with the employee’s obligation to comply with confidentiality requirements.
    • The Company may submit your personal data to law enforcement authorities, when it has a legal basis, in response to official requests from state institutions and the court, but only after verifying the legality of such requests, to other third parties with your consent.
